As a Reel Set Services Partner, Dave is responsible for implementing the plans that allow RSS to execute the often seemingly impossible things that they accomplish. He leads the crew from the front and will never ask a team member to do something that he won’t do himself. The men & women that Dave leads are proud to be on his team. He ensures that they know they’re valued and will go out of his way to offer support to anyone having any issues, whether at work or at home. Dave also builds strong partnerships with Art Directors and Production Designers that he works alongside every day. His unyielding work ethic sets the tone for all of the projects that RSS takes on and inspires both the crew that is doing the work and the industry professionals that put their trust in Reel Set Services for their projects.

Dave Diersing is a Partner & Construction General Foreman for Reel Set Services. He has over 25 years experience in IATSE Local 44 and proudly served our country as a United States Army Ranger. He’s a devoted husband to his wife and a proud father to his 2 daughters. Dave is one of the most respected Construction Foreman in the industry. His willingness to go above and beyond is unmatched.
